Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to office leadership and team members
Answer phones and direct calls professionally
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Coordinate office supplies and assist with office organization
Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
Assist with special projects and day-to-day office operations
Maintain accurate records and update company databases
Support multiple departments as needed
Requirements
Recent college graduate or candidate with 0–2 years of professional experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
