We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day administrative support activities to help the office run smoothly and efficiently
Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for general front desk and reception needs
Respond to inbound phone calls clearly, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner
Enter, update, and maintain information in office records and databases with a high level of accuracy
Prepare, organize, and file documents so materials remain accessible and up to date
Coordinate routine office tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and general clerical support
Monitor administrative workflows and assist with related process updates or system-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative support, office assistant, or receptionist role
Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts
Strong data entry skills with consistent accuracy and attention to detail
Working knowledge of general office procedures, document handling, and clerical responsibilities
Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to learn new tools quickly
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
