We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. Job Responsibility:
Manage filing systems to ensure documents are properly stored and easily accessible
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy to maintain up-to-date records
Organize and maintain office supplies to support daily operations
Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk activities
Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged efficiently
Support administrative projects by providing organizational assistance
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with organizational policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing phone systems
Demonstrated expertise in office administration and organizational tasks
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including managing visitor interactions
Ability to handle filing systems and maintain organized records
