We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Spring, Texas. This fully on-site role involves client-facing responsibilities and requires excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability while supporting business operations. Please note that this is a contract position.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and organize meetings to support daily operations
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
Maintain efficient filing systems and ensure the office is running smoothly with general administrative tasks
Manage client data entry and updates, with Salesforce experience being advantageous
Handle inbound calls and provide attentive receptionist support
Assist in organizing and tracking office supplies to maintain a productive workspace
Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and improve workflows
Provide proactive support to ensure deadlines and commitments are met
Generate accurate reports and summaries to support executive decision-making
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling client-facing responsibilities with professionalism
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
