Job Responsibility
Act as a key point of contact, communicating professionally with clients, prospective clients, and various financial institutions
Draft, review, and distribute professional emails, formal letters, faxes, and required financial forms
Provide administrative assistance with the processing of day-to-day financial transactions
Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of educational seminars and other corporate marketing activities
Maintain up-to-date client files, manage internal contact lists, and document all client- and business-related activities
Maintain the physical and electronic filing systems, uphold standard office procedures, and complete collaborative team tasks as needed
Requirements
Prior experience working as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or office assistant is considered a strong asset
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on professional etiquette
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize heavy workloads and consistently meet strict deadlines
Acute attention to detail paired with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
A positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently while taking proactive initiative
High capacity to adapt quickly to changing environments and shifting priorities
