Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. This position requires strong administrative skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to warehouse and production teams
  • Enter and maintain production, inventory, and shipping data
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Assist with inventory reporting and document management
  • Maintain records related to shipping, receiving, and production
  • Support compliance, safety, and quality documentation
  • Prepare reports using Excel and SAP

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with business software and reporting tools
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, JD Edwards, or other ERP Systems.
