Our client is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a wealth management advisory team. This fully remote role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a warm, professional demeanor to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client service. The role is 15 hours/week, Monday-Friday (3 consecutive hours per day, flexible timing) and is fully remote with occasional in-office meetings (every 1-2 months).
Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle phone inquiries
Maintain and update electronic filing systems and databases
Assist with tax forms, statements, and financial document preparation
Coordinate logistics for meetings and client onboarding
Liaise with third-party vendors for website updates and formatting
Support ad hoc projects and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
2-4+ years of administrative experience
finance background a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
