We are seeking a proactive and driven Administrative Assistant to join a reputable manufacturing organization in Oakdale, PA. This person will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office and providing quality service to their customers.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and customers in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with conference room setup
Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, copying, and document preparation
Assist internal teams with basic administrative needs as requested
Support office coordination tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
1+ years of administrative or office support experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
