Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their fast paced, close knit, growing team! This is a full-time, in-office position offering stability, a collaborative environment, and long-term growth potential.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior staff and team members
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain and organize client files, records, and financial documentation for clients
Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general office management
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of steady, in-office administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
