Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their fast paced, close knit, growing team! This is a full-time, in-office position offering stability, a collaborative environment, and long-term growth potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior staff and team members
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain and organize client files, records, and financial documentation for clients
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general office management
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of steady, in-office administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
