Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This is a remote, long-term contract position that supports our sales and service teams by coordinating field operations efficiently. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery for customers in the food service and hospitality industries while optimizing operational effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and process a high volume of service requests, ensuring timely assignment of service appointments
  • Coordinate the dispatch of service technicians to customer locations, prioritizing customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Develop and oversee scheduling plans to ensure adequate staff coverage, making adjustments based on operational needs
  • Monitor and optimize service technician availability and accountability to maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with area leadership to support initiatives focused on customer retention, growth, and acquisition
  • Partner with field teams to address operational challenges and enhance overall effectiveness
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, to track and analyze data for improved decision-making
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on service priorities and objectives
  • Provide weekend coverage as part of a rotating schedule, ensuring consistent support for field operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with dispatching or route service coordination preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus
  • Background in food service, hospitality, or related industries is advantageous
