We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Glendale Heights, Illinois. Job Responsibility:
Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling and organizing meetings
Answer and manage inbound calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
Maintain and update accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity
Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and handling front desk operations
Assist with data entry tasks to ensure timely and efficient processing
Coordinate office supplies and resources to maintain a well-organized workspace
Support team members with documentation and correspondence as needed
Ensure timely communication within the office and with external stakeholders
Collaborate with colleagues to improve administrative processes and workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Strong proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls
Familiarity with office operations and administrative procedures
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Detail-oriented approach and the ability to provide receptionist support effectively
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
