We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping workflows organized, providing front-desk support, and ensuring information is handled accurately. The role will contribute to a smooth office environment by managing communications, coordinating administrative tasks, and maintaining reliable records.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
Provide day-to-day administrative support by preparing documents, organizing files, and assisting with general office coordination
Enter and update data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Monitor shared communications channels and respond to routine questions in a timely and organized manner
Maintain orderly office records and ensure important information is easy to access when needed
Support scheduling and other clerical activities to help keep business operations running efficiently
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role
Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and completeness
Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized in a fast-paced office setting
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with standard office tools and general administrative processes
