Job Responsibility:
Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Provide exceptional customer service through clear and effective communication
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized records and databases
Handle email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to optimize time management
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
Prepare presentations and documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
Maintain organization and communication within Microsoft Outlook
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in answering inbound calls and managing outbound communications
