We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in OKC, Oklahoma. Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth warehouse and office operations
Maintain and update records and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel with accuracy
Manage the procurement and tracking of office and warehouse supplies
Input and oversee data in company systems, ensuring reliability and precision
Perform general office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports
Facilitate communication with team members to streamline daily workflows
Assist in answering inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately
Support receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk activities
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic computer operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to and work effectively in a warehouse or industrial environment
Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently
Experience with administrative tasks such as data entry and office management
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external contacts
