Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Answer inbound calls promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries or directing calls to appropriate personnel
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records and databases
Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment
Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to essential documents
Coordinate schedules and appointments, ensuring seamless time management
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Support team members in completing various administrative projects and tasks
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role
Strong proficiency in data entry and managing office systems
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to answer calls professionally and handle customer inquiries effectively
Competence in managing receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a clean workspace
High level of organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in commonly used office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
