We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Gonzales, Louisiana. Job Responsibility:
Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Assist in scheduling freight and shipping bookings efficiently
Manage customer order confirmations and follow-up communications
Scan, organize, and maintain accurate documentation
Handle light accounting duties and data entry tasks
Provide support across multiple departments as needed
Answer inbound calls professionally and direct them appropriately
Coordinate reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong typing skills with exceptional attention to detail
