We are partnering with a large, reputable organization in the finance industry to identify an Administrative Assistant to support their Title Loan Department during a leave of absence. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a well-established financial institution, expand your knowledge of consumer and commercial lending processes, and work alongside collaborative internal and external partners.
Job Responsibility:
Process incoming title work for new Consumer and Commercial loans, ensuring proper lien perfection and documentation accuracy
Maintain and update perfected liens throughout the life of the loan
Prepare and process title releases and UCC terminations once loans are paid in full
Perform timely UCC continuations prior to expiration to protect lien validity
Partner with internal teams, dealerships, title companies, and third-party vendors to resolve lien-related issues
Communicate with members to provide updates on title and lien status
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Facilitate correspondence
Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative, loan processing, banking, or financial services experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation with a high degree of accuracy
Experience with titles, lien processing, or UCC filings is highly preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
High school diploma required
a college degree is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a loan or title department
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus despite frequent interruptions
Familiarity with loan documents and lien perfection processes is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach
Physical ability to perform filing tasks, including sitting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods
Nice to have:
Experience with titles, lien processing, or UCC filings
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
