We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a team in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to support the compliance department within a Real estate and property management office. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Responsibility:
Perform clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and organizing documents to maintain accurate records
Prepare and generate reports to support compliance and departmental needs
Manage and respond to inbound calls, providing attentive assistance to clients and team members
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative duties to support compliance initiatives
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows and processes
Assist in maintaining the office environment by ordering supplies and ensuring equipment is functional
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Support the department in meeting deadlines and achieving organizational goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with scanning and document management processes
Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and courteously
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Capable of working onsite during standard office hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
