Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Director of Human Resources and Facilities, ensuring seamless daily operations
Answer and manage inbound calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain well-organized records and databases
Manage receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and maintaining a positive first impression for the organization
Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient time management
Maintain and update office supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines
Support the team with various administrative office tasks to promote efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Strong proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative office tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
