Job Responsibility:

Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry to maintain organized records
Answer inbound calls and provide attentive receptionist support
Assist with administrative tasks to support team operations and goals
Maintain clear and accurate documentation for office processes and correspondence
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role
Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage calendars and coordinate schedules effectively
Experience handling expense reports and travel arrangements
Proficiency in office software and data entry systems
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
