Job Responsibility:
Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics across multiple stakeholders
Drafting, editing, and organizing professional correspondence, reports, and internal documentation
Acting as a point of contact between internal teams, leadership, and external partners
Handling data entry, document management, and maintaining accurate records across systems
Supporting invoice tracking, expense reports, and light financial or administrative reconciliations
Proactively identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and organization
Providing ad-hoc administrative support to leadership and project teams as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, office coordinator, or similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort learning new systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Professional discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information
A proactive mindset — someone who anticipates needs rather than waits for direction
