A growing commercial property management firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, tenant communications, and administrative projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a key support resource for a busy team.
Job Responsibility
Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling requests
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Assist with contract and lease documentation
Coordinate office supply ordering and vendor communications
Support leadership with special projects and administrative initiatives
Respond to tenant inquiries and route requests appropriately
Maintain accurate records and database information
Assist with work order tracking and vendor coordination
Support customer service efforts and office operations
Requirements
2+ years of administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational and communication skills
Property management or real estate experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
