We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a fast-paced office environment. This role serves as a key support function for multiple departments, ensuring that communication, scheduling, and administrative processes run efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will interact with internal team members and external contacts, helping maintain structure and organization across day-to-day business activities. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for team members
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them appropriately
Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
Assist with data entry, tracking, and recordkeeping
Support office operations including supply management and vendor coordination
Help with scheduling logistics and meeting preparation
Perform general administrative duties and assist with special projects
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
additional education or training preferred
Two or more years of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
