Detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a contract position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth daily operations of a small team while supporting office management and data entry responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
Utilize Microsoft Office tools in addition to Salesforce to prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Support staff with financial and retirement industry-related tasks as needed
Learn and adapt to organizational tools and data analytics platforms
Uphold confidentiality and maintain detailed record-keeping practices
Contribute to team efforts by completing additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or office assistant roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
