Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to managers, teams, or departments
Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
File, scan, and organize records and office documents
Manage data entry and maintain accurate information in internal systems
Order office supplies and assist with general office coordination
Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Nice to have
Experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures
