Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, to join our team on a contract to permanent basis. In this role, you will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and providing excellent administrative assistance. This position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Answer incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining organized records
