We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Ohio. Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day administrative support activities to help the office run smoothly and efficiently
Receive and direct inbound phone calls courteously, ensuring messages and inquiries reach the appropriate contacts
Welcome visitors and provide front-desk coverage while maintaining an organized and well-kept reception area
Prepare, update, and maintain records, forms, and other office documents with a high level of accuracy
Enter and verify data in internal systems and spreadsheets to support reporting and administrative tracking
Coordinate routine clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, document handling, and general office correspondence
Assist team members with operational support needs and follow established administrative procedures
Monitor office supplies and help ensure materials and resources are available for daily business activities
Requirements
Experience providing administrative support in an office, clerical, or front-desk environment
Ability to handle high volumes of inbound calls while maintaining a courteous and attentive demeanor
Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail
Proficiency with general office practices, including document management, filing, and scheduling
Comfortable performing receptionist responsibilities and interacting with visitors and staff
Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational ability
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
