We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by providing administrative support and handling essential tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records
Provide general administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized reception area
Assist with office organization and maintenance, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked and workspaces are tidy
Support team members by managing correspondence and responding to inquiries promptly
Compile and maintain reports and documentation as required
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Uphold confidentiality and security standards while handling sensitive information
Troubleshoot minor office equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or similar roles
Strong proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
