Job Description:

Our client is currently looking for an administrative assistant to support their engineering team in Laval.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative and management support to engineers, including project monitoring, quality assurance, requisitions, planning, and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the President
  • Manage calls and welcome visitors
  • Manage bids
  • All other related tasks

Requirements:

  • DEC in administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Relevant experience related to construction project administration, an asset
  • Excellent command of the Office suite
  • Bilingual
  • Attentive to details and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong teamwork
  • Demonstrate discipline, structure, and organization
