Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This contract position offers a great opportunity to support daily office operations and contribute to a productive work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Greet visitors and serve as a point of contact for office inquiries
Order and track office supplies to ensure adequate inventory
Assist with data entry and perform other clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organizational skills
