As an admin assistant, you will help with the day-to-day operations of the office by doing tasks such as greeting candidates, filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar. We are looking for someone that enjoys multitasking and working in a very fast-paced environment. You will also be helping with various data entry and assisting customers throughout the day. Requirements:
Must have experience with customer relations
Ability to solve customer problems
Ability to be a quick thinker, research, and troubleshoot
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
