Job Responsibility
Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help the office operate efficiently and maintain an organized workflow
Welcome visitors, handle front-desk responsibilities, and respond to inbound calls with professionalism and excellent customer service
Enter, update, and maintain records with a high degree of accuracy across office and client-related documentation
Provide general clerical support such as scheduling, correspondence, filing, and preparing materials for internal use
Assist with QuickBooks-related administrative tasks and help organize financial or tax-related information for review
Support accounting and tax teams by tracking follow-up items and helping ensure action steps are documented and completed
Coordinate communication between staff and clients to keep requests, updates, and appointments moving smoothly
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support role
Strong ability to answer inbound calls and communicate clearly with clients and internal team members
Proficiency in data entry with consistent attention to accuracy and detail
Working knowledge of general administrative office procedures and front-desk support
Familiarity with QuickBooks and exposure to tax or accounting environments is preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in an organized office setting
Comfortable using standard office software and handling confidential information with discretion
