We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the home office and field merchandisers. Your ability to troubleshoot issues, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and collaborate effectively will be essential to ensuring smooth operations.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the home office and field merchandisers, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining updated and organized records
Coordinate email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to communications
Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure efficient time management
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to create reports, presentations, and maintain documentation
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex administrative challenges
