Job Responsibility
Manage daily administrative activities, including organizing documents, maintaining records, and supporting general office operations
Enter and update information accurately in company systems and spreadsheets to ensure reliable recordkeeping
Handle email communications professionally, responding to routine inquiries and directing messages to the appropriate contacts
Prepare, edit, and format documents, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Word and related office tools
Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics while helping the team stay on schedule
Monitor Microsoft Outlook for incoming communications, schedule updates, and follow-up items requiring attention
Provide short-term coverage for essential administrative functions and assist with additional support tasks as business needs evolve
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator position
Strong data entry skills with careful attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to manage email correspondence in a clear, timely, and detail-focused manner
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, communication, and inbox management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, including document creation, editing, and formatting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
