Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part time basis in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a Contract to permanent position offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining efficient operations through administrative support, communication, and project coordination.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support by handling clerical tasks such as filing, scheduling, record maintenance, and document preparation
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and taking detailed minutes
  • Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met effectively
  • Manage inbound communications, including phone calls and emails, while providing excellent customer service
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain updated records
  • Serve as a receptionist by welcoming visitors and managing front-office operations
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency
  • Utilize advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 tools to support administrative functions
  • Provide support in industries such as legal, healthcare, services, or business technology, as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, advanced Excel, and organizational software tools
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, with a focus on accuracy and detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform independently while also working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with receptionist duties and managing front-office operations
  • Experience in industries such as legal, healthcare, technology, or detail-oriented fields is preferred
  • Availability to adapt to the evolving needs of the role and team
