We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our team in Sunnyvale, California. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing vital administrative support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to both Support Services in the morning and Account Services in the afternoon
Manage account-related tasks including opening new accounts, performing account maintenance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Deliver exceptional service to members by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word to perform daily tasks efficiently
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and processes
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure seamless operations
Handle multiple responsibilities independently while maintaining a high level of productivity
Support various administrative functions to streamline workflows and enhance department efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience in new accounts, account maintenance, and understanding of related regulations, preferably with at least one year in a financial institution
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and accurate in all tasks, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Demonstrated ability to work independently and under limited supervision
Capability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while supporting team objectives
