Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the team by managing routine office tasks and helping maintain smooth daily operations
  • Review and update Adobe-based documents, including making detailed edits, redlines, and bracketed revisions with a high level of accuracy
  • Enter, verify, and maintain information in internal files, trackers, and other office systems to support compliance-related work
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with organizing team activities and deadlines
  • Use Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other office tools to support communication, reporting, and task coordination

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, office support, receptionist, or related role
  • Working knowledge of Adobe and the ability to make precise document edits and revisions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate schedules and priorities
