Job Responsibility
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
Prepare, format, and organize correspondence, reports, and other documents
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Perform data entry and update internal records with accuracy
Assist with meeting preparation, travel coordination, and follow-up tasks
Support office organization, supply management, and general administrative workflow
Provide professional support to internal staff and external contacts as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
Previous administrative assistant, office support, or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach
High school diploma or equivalent required
