Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls and provide timely, compassionate customer service to patients and medical staff
Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out procedures
Maintain and update patient records with strict confidentiality
Coordinate communication between departments and assist with administrative needs
Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and forms
Support daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and supply management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
college coursework in healthcare administration preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally in a healthcare environment
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
