We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team within a non-profit organization located in New York, New York. This is a contract position with an initial duration of three months and the possibility of extension. Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Manage email correspondence, including inbox organization and timely responses
Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and other organizational activities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain well-organized records
Review and validate documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Compose detail-oriented correspondence and assist with drafting communications
Resolve discrepancies in documentation or processes with attention to detail
Monitor and maintain office supplies and handle basic office-related tasks
Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Uphold confidentiality and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all interactions
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in data entry and document review with high attention to detail
