We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this long-term contract position, you will provide essential support to the Social Justice Coordinator and assist with general administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Zoom.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the Social Justice Coordinator, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Serve as a backup for general administrative tasks, including data entry and receptionist duties
Manage inbound calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
Coordinate and schedule meetings using Teams and Zoom platforms
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support office functions
Organize and manage files, ensuring easy access to information when needed
Assist with correspondence, including drafting and editing documents
Perform other office-related duties to support team members and operational efficiency
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Zoom
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle inbound calls and deliver attentive customer service
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
Familiarity with general office functions and receptionist duties
Capable of working independently while supporting team objectives
