We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Wisconsin. This is a contract position suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-facing environment and can balance administrative duties with strong front-desk support. The role requires clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to keep workflows organized while assisting team members and visitors throughout the day.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate day-to-day office support activities, including document handling, filing, copying, and maintaining an orderly workspace
Welcome on-site visitors and provide attentive in-person assistance to team members, clients, and other guests entering the office
Answer incoming calls promptly, respond to routine inquiries, and route questions or concerns to the appropriate team members
Enter and update information accurately in office systems to support records management and daily administrative operations
Assist with deposit-related tasks and receipt processing while following established procedures and training guidance
Help resolve routine issues calmly and effectively by identifying needs and connecting individuals with the right internal resource
Support a busy office environment by managing multiple priorities at once and adjusting to changing procedures or technology as needed
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role
Ability to manage inbound calls, front-desk interactions, and general administrative tasks in a high-activity setting
Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills for frequent in-person and phone interaction
Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle shifting priorities throughout the workday
Comfortable using standard office technology and learning updated processes or systems
Detail-focused demeanor with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure
