We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support monthly conference operations. This contract position focuses on delivering dependable administrative coordination, including attendee registration support and front-line assistance for participants and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, careful attention to detail, and the ability to keep recurring events running smoothly. The hours for this position are from 5pm-8pm.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate administrative activities that support monthly conference planning and execution
Manage registration tasks, including preparing materials, tracking attendee information, and responding to participant inquiries
Provide courteous assistance to guests, vendors, and internal contacts to ensure a positive event experience
Maintain accurate records, documents, and schedules related to conference logistics
Communicate updates, confirmations, and important event details in a timely and thorough manner
Assist with day-of-event administrative needs and help resolve routine issues as they arise
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative support or office coordination role
Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable communication style
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling registrations and records
