Job Responsibility:

provide receptionist support, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming office environment
assist with property management-related tasks, including documentation and communication with stakeholders
collaborate with team members to address daily operational needs and resolve issues promptly
monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability and inventory accuracy
generate reports and assist in preparing presentations as needed
uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information
adapt to evolving administrative requirements and contribute to process improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or property management industry
skilled in handling inbound calls and maintaining clear and effective communication
strong skills in data entry and managing office documentation
familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting clients and managing front-desk operations
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
