We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to critical projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct audits to ensure employee compliance with i9 documentation requirements
Assist in coordinating licensing processes for store operations, including systems to process electronic benefits transfer (EBT) cards and chip cards
Manage and organize data entry tasks related to administrative functions
Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance as needed
Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Maintain effective follow-up procedures to ensure project deadlines are met
Collaborate with team members and stores to address operational challenges
Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including receptionist duties
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across assigned projects
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in administrative roles
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have:
Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with compliance processes and auditing is a plus
