Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the managing director, manage administrative tasks, and help ensure the team runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is onsite Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level administrative support to c-level executives
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up items
Requirements:
5+ years of administrative experience
Prior experience supporting c-level executives
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage workflows and support administrative operations
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
