Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for staff and management
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties
Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and supply management
Support event planning, project coordination, and team communications
Uphold confidentiality and company policies in all tasks
Requirements:
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with new software
