In this contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing receptionist tasks and handling various administrative responsibilities. Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment at the front desk
Answer incoming calls promptly, ensuring clear communication and proper routing
Manage a multi-line phone system effectively to support organizational needs
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects
Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and reordered as needed
Uphold confidentiality in all interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a detail-oriented environment
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer software
Demonstrates a detail-oriented approach and ability to work collaboratively with others
