Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming communications
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with appointments
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
Assist with data entry, reporting, and Excel tracking
Order office supplies and help keep the office running efficiently
Support special projects and team initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and professionalism
