We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to provide part-time, on-site support in Schaumburg, Illinois. This long-term contract position will focus on organizing records, digitizing paperwork, and assisting with routine office tasks during a scheduled three-hour workday. Job Responsibility:
Convert paper files into digital records by scanning and indexing documents accurately within the database
Perform day-to-day clerical support such as filing, sorting, copying, and preparing materials for office use
Review scanned documents for completeness and legibility before saving them to the appropriate system
Maintain organized physical and electronic records to support efficient document retrieval
Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as priorities shift throughout the assignment
Follow established office procedures while completing assignments within the scheduled part-time hours
Requirements:
Experience providing administrative or clerical support in an office environment
Ability to scan, copy, and organize high volumes of documents with accuracy
Strong data entry skills and careful attention to detail
Comfortable working on-site in Schaumburg, Illinois for a three-hour daily schedule
